Accessibility Statement

We want this website to be usable by as many people as possible, including people using assistive technology.

Last updated: September 2026

1. Our aim

This website has been built to aim for conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. We have not carried out a formal external audit and we do not claim certified conformance. Our aim is continuous improvement.

2. What we have done

  • semantic HTML with a logical heading structure on every page;
  • full keyboard navigation, including a “skip to main content” link;
  • visible focus indicators on all interactive elements;
  • text and interface colours chosen to meet AA contrast levels;
  • form fields with visible labels, clear error messages and accessible status feedback;
  • descriptive link text rather than “click here”;
  • alternative text where images convey meaning; decorative graphics are hidden from screen readers;
  • cookie controls that can be reached and operated with a keyboard and screen reader;
  • reduced-motion support: animation is minimal and is disabled entirely when your device requests reduced motion;
  • layouts that reflow on small screens and at increased zoom or text size.

3. Known limitations

We are not aware of significant accessibility barriers on this website. If you encounter one, please tell us — reports help us find issues automated checks miss.

4. Reporting a problem

If you have difficulty using any part of this website, or need information in a different format, please get in touch through our contact page. Please describe the page and the problem, and the browser or assistive technology you were using. We aim to respond within 10 working days.

5. Enforcement

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS) at equalityadvisoryservice.com.
